I give 5 stars because they are open on Christmas Day! Jovi, the shift manager, is very friendly. She welcomes everyone like family. Best soft serve ice cream!!!!

As good as flame broiled gets. Asked for extra onions as I loved onion slices. Unfortunately, they had to lock the KokoHead doors as flies were coming in. They should have put up a sign to use the next door. It would have prevented customers from trying to enter or exit. Especially if there was an emergency and customers tried to escape through the locked door. The fountain drinks was closed. Don't know if they no longer offer free refills.
The ghost pepper chicken fries were spicier than the ghost pepper whopper. The ghost pepper whopper is not hot at all.
I used just the drive thru... Though I have dined in several times in the past lately it has literally been a drive and dine situation. The primary entrance is on South Beretania depending on where you're coming from there are multiple other access either from Bingham or Coyne Street and with lots of parking it makes this Moili'ili location super convenient. I do love it whenever they come up with something new and currently it's the Ghost Pepper Chicken Fries and Whopper and though I do love spicy I really wasn't sure about this level of fire and kept my order lately for a kid's meal. Just so that I keep things simple I do love their hamburger as the flame broiled patty does make it a special kind of yummy and their fries are slightly bigger bringing in the potato-ness, love to pair it all with a bottle water making it a perfect combo. The staff at the drive thru is usually friendly though sometimes the vibe is a bit slightly impersonal in general I leave satisfied. Thank you!

Had a coupon for the chicken sandwiches. Two chicken sandwiches with two fries or onion rings. Well I opted to get One onion rings and one fries. I think their chicken sandwiches are under rated. You get a large piece of crispy crusted chicken. The breading is slightly seasoned. A soft fresh bun with a little lettuce. Well worth the fourteen dollars. The dine in area is specious and clean. The service was excellent. Enjoy.
